In a government, there consist, administrators, arbitrators, and legislators. Enforcement of the state policy is a function that is handled by the government. There are various forms of the government, with each having different characteristics. In this paper, three forms of the government and their respective components will be discussed. Furthermore, the impacts of the government forms will also be viewed.A communist is a government form in which a single, authoritarian party handles the planning and controlling of the state. The party eliminates private ownership of property making sure that the people of the nation share all goods equally. The nation exercise such form of governance usually are of higher social order, and results in a classless society (Benoit, 2014). When a decision has been made, it is the duty of the people to obey the decision and all discussion should end. Example of a country that exercise the communist form of the government, with their respective party running the government is the Peoples Republic of China since 1st October 1949 and led by Communist Party of China. The merits of the communist form of government are that there is carefulness in the way people live their lives. Moreover, there is a full employment of work force and the economic grows and there are rapid developments. In addition, the wealth is distributed equally among the people. On the other, demerits also exist in that form of the government. There is the lack of personal freedom and workers are treated like machines. Central State Authority holds the means of production and life problems are approached materialistically.Another form of government that exists is called the constitutional government. In this way, the government operates under an authoritative constitution. The constitution sets the fundamental laws and princ iples that influence nature, functions and limits of the state.
